Man barbies are pretty self explanatory, except to say it does not refer to that Magical gentleman named Ken. Man Barbies refer to mostly Noah's collection of Star Wars dolls that had the rubbery arms and articulating legs like a barbie, and shared Barbie's fate of always ending up naked with terrible hair at the bottom of some dank toy bin.
